All abstracts received will undergo a peer review process conducted by the conference’s scientific and organizing committees. Each submission will be evaluated based on its relevance, originality, clarity, and scientific or professional merit. Authors will be notified of the review outcome within the stipulated timeline, and accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation in accordance with the conference program guidelines.

Registration & On-Site Check-In
Participants are requested to complete their registration in advance of the conference. Upon arrival at the venue, please proceed to the designated registration desk to receive your conference badge, program schedule, and other necessary materials.
Conference Schedule & Timeliness
All sessions will be conducted according to the official program timetable. Attendees are encouraged to arrive on time for each session and plan their day accordingly to fully benefit from the conference activities.
Audience Interaction & Q&A
Interactive discussions will follow each presentation, providing attendees an opportunity to ask questions. Please wait to be recognized before speaking, keep questions focused and brief, and maintain a respectful and professional exchange of ideas.
Use of Mobile Devices
To ensure a distraction-free environment, kindly keep mobile phones and electronic devices on silent mode during sessions. Avoid using devices for non-conference purposes that may disrupt speakers or fellow participants.
Venue Guidelines & Conduct
Participants are expected to comply with all venue policies, including regulations related to food and beverages, designated smoking areas, and overall conduct within the facility.
Health & Safety Compliance

Abstract Review Process & Guidelines
Submission Requirements
We invite nurses and healthcare professionals, including researchers, academicians, and industry professionals, to submit original, published, and unpublished work relevant to the conference themes.
Please ensure the following before submission:
- The abstract must present original research that has not been published or previously presented.
- All submissions must be written in English.
- Maximum word limit: 300 words.

Double-Blind Peer Review
Abstracts that pass the initial screening are subjected to a double-blind peer review process.
- Each submission is reviewed by at least two independent experts.
- Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the relevant subject area.
- Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process.

Preliminary Review
After submission, each abstract undergoes an initial assessment by the Organizing Committee to verify:

Only abstracts meeting these criteria proceed to peer review.
Evaluation Standards
All eligible abstracts are evaluated based on the following criteria:

- Clarity: Well-defined objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
- Innovation: Originality and contribution to new knowledge
Acceptance Notification
- Authors will receive notification within 2–5 days of submission.
- Decision categories may include: Accepted (Oral), Accepted (Poster), or Revision Required.
Presentation Guidelines
Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for:
- Plenary Presentation,
- Keynote Presentation,
- Oral Presentation, or
- Poster Presentation
Presenting authors must:
- Complete conference registration
- Follow presentation instructions provided upon acceptance
Failure to register may result in removal from the final program.

How do I submit an abstract?
When will I be notified about my abstract status?
Authors will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts within 2–5 days of submission.
Can I submit more than one abstract?
Yes, participants may submit up to three (3) abstracts. Each abstract must be submitted separately and will be reviewed independently. A maximum of two abstracts may be presented as oral presentations, while one must be presented as a poster.
When should I complete my registration?
Presenters are required to register only after receiving the official abstract acceptance letter from the Conference Program Manager.
What is the abstract submission deadline?
The final abstract submission deadline is January 30, 2026. We recommend submitting early, as available presentation slots may fill up before the deadline.
How are abstracts reviewed?
All abstracts undergo an initial screening followed by a double-blind peer review. Each submission is evaluated by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. For detailed information, please refer to the Abstract Review Process section.
What presentation formats are available?
The conference offers the following presentation types: Plenary Presentations. Keynote Presentations, Flash Talks, Concurrent Oral Presentations, Symposia, Poster Presentations.
Are there awards for outstanding presentations?
Yes, the conference will recognize excellence through awards for Best Oral Presentation, Young Researcher Award, and Best Poster Presentation.
Do delegates or listeners need to submit an abstract?
No. Delegates and listeners can register directly and are not required to submit an abstract or paper.
